Even though Maui was almost 17 years old, she only recently came to live with me. I adopted her in February after meeting her at a Petsmart adoption center. I knew there was no way I was going to let her stay there any longer. I took her home with me and never looked back. She was shy at first but quickly made herself right at home. Maui, or Meowy as I lovingly referred to her, was very talkative and demanding, especially when it came to her snackies. She loved to eat! She also loved snuggling up with me. I will miss her so much! Although I knew I likely would not have her long, I was wishing it was longer. I will love her forever.
