To our sweet golden girl, Penny (“Pen Pen”): You lived a long, happy life — seventeen years. You were our social butterfly. You charmed and befriended every guest that visited our home. You moved houses with us, grieved with us, and celebrated with us. You were a precious companion to your furry pals: Springfield (“Mr. Cat”), Jack, and Otis — you treated them like they were your kittens. On bad days, you curled up next to us and purred. You loved “spa days,” being brushed, and being a lap cat. We will miss you, sweet Penny girl. We pray that you are finally at rest, free of any pain, with St. Francis and his many animals in God’s heavenly kingdom, reunited with Mr. Cat and the late Aunt Betty. May your memory always be a blessing to us.
